Even though it is way too cold to even be thinking about how to wear a summer dress, all the shops are filled with them right now! Florals are a huge trend for Spring/Summer and this is how I plan on wearing them when the weather warms up a bit! I plan on toughening them up with some booties and a cool waistcoat!
